General Bonus T&C

• Unless otherwise stated, a bonus offer may not be combined with any other bonuses offered by Rich Casino.
• Deposits of a minimum $25 qualify for a bonus.
• In order to receive the bonus, the player must consult Support prior to making a deposit and prior to making any wagers. No Bonuses will be given retrospectively
• In order to withdraw winnings from a bonus we ask that the player fulfils the following wagering requirements:
  • Unless otherwise stated, players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts twenty (20) times before making any cash-outs.
  • Only bets placed on slots, keno will count 100% towards the wagering requirements. Games such as Video Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, and Black Jack, amongst others, have their own bonus rules and percentage contribution towards wagering requirements.
  • Any bets placed on Video Poker will contribute one quarter of their original value towards wagering requirements (meaning that the sum of bets placed on these games is divided by four when calculating wagering).
  • Bets placed on Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat will contribute one percent of their original value towards wagering
• Bonuses over a 100% match are restricted from playing certain games, including, but not exclusive to Blackjack and Roulette. Any wagering on these games while on a bonus that has not been authorized by management to allow for table games will be regarded as void and so may any winnings resulting from these wagers.
• Rich Casino reserves the right to change the general bonus terms and conditions at any time and it is the player's responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.
• Unless otherwise stated, only depositing accounts are eligible for a free non-deposit bonus. Free non-deposit bonuses are issued or made available at the discretion of the Casino.
• The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that a player is participating in strategies (in any casino using the TopGame platform) that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion. In addition, the casino reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving a particular promotion for whatever reason that the casino deems just and appropriate.
• Furthermore, if upon such review, the player's practices have been deemed to be "Promotion Abuse", Rich Casino Management has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:
  • All winnings on any account/s opened within the TopGame platform will be null and void and all cash-ins will be cancelled where play has been deemed abusive.
  • Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
  • Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the Casino and may also be barred from receiving promotions in any casino using the TopGame platform.
• In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
• Players are not required to use bonuses when depositing and should not do so without a complete understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions. If any player wishes to participate in a deposit promotion, the player must redeem the bonus before placing any wagers to properly track play-through.

Promotional incentive bonuses

Promotional incentive bonuses are offered to our members only upon depositto enhance play time with us and it is % or value based and will be activated automatically when you make a deposit. Bonuses are also for loyal members to improve their chances of winning. Incentive money bonuses include – first, second, third and forth deposit bonuses, loyalty bonuses, birthday bonuses, compensation bonuses, promotion bonuses, tournament bonuses and all other forms of free monies.

Coupon bonuses

Coupon bonuses are a form of promotional bonuses and are placed in members accounts from time to time. Coupon bonuses are % based per deposit and have a high limit value – Coupon bonus activates automatically with a deposit - all coupon bonuses have a wagering requirement as spelled out in the confirmation e-mail.

Cash back bonuses

Cash back bonuses are for master gamers and given by specific or by special arrangement – these are real money bonuses and require no wagering and can be played as real money or withdrawn immediately.

Free sign up no deposit bonuses

Only new first time members who have registered a new real money account with the Casino and have fulfilled the appropriate requirements as dictated by the bonus terms itself and/or the Casino are eligible for a free no deposit sign up bonus. Players must consult Support for instructions on how to receive the bonus if one is not credited upon signing up. A Free no deposit sign up bonus can be issued only once, however other free no deposit bonuses are available at the discretion of the Casino. In the interest of fair gaming, wagering requirements are 99 times the free no deposit bonus amount and the maximum withdrawal amount is 5 (five) times the free bonus amount or $100.

All free money bonuses can be used only on slots games and keno. In case a player will use this bonus for any other game, the Casino is able to disregard any and all wins regarding this bonus. Only wins related 100% to pure slots games and keno can be honoured as winnings and as part of the wagering requirement. Rich Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the free no deposit bonus is wagered in any game not permitted by that bonus.

In order to cash out after fulfilling the wagering requirements of the free no deposit sign up bonus, a player must deposit a minimum of $25 and only then the pending withdrawals can be approved. The $25 first deposit is included in the withdrawal amount. The maximum withdrawal amount for a free no deposit bonus is 5 (five) times the free bonus amount or $100.

When making a first deposit, the player's account may be automatically credited with a first deposit bonus; it is the responsibility of the player to inform Support before they make the deposit if he/she does not wish to have the bonus on their account.

The first deposit is deemed to be made with the sole intention of withdrawing any winnings made from the free no deposit bonus. The player can either withdraw the free no deposit bonus winnings, or claim the first deposit bonus and forfeit the winnings from the free no deposit bonus. Any wagering after the first deposit is made without notifying Support is deemed to be done as if still on the free no deposit bonus and any and all winnings over $100 may be voided.
